One of my laptop letters don't work.

Hello, I am having trouble with the letter C on my laptop. It doesn't work, but all the other letters are work perfectly. I have to use the touch screen if I have to type the letter C. I called Best Buy and they said they would have to do a test on it that would cost $100.00 and that was just for the test. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Its probably a broken key and you need to replace the keyboard. Buy a $10 external USB keyboard on Amazon and bypass your problem.
