Acer laptop will not turn on

Hello,
my acer computer won't tern on i pressed Ctrl+Alt+Del and it still doesn't do any thing. i tried F12 to it still dose nothing. i think it has to much ram or something. i have had it for a year or half a year.

Can you help me this computer means a lot to me.

Hi Caitlynrose,

Try removing the battery and the power lead. With these disconnected press the power button for about a minute. Replace the battery and see if it turns on.
