When you created the account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number?

Yes i did put recovery email that was ***@*** but i am not gettiing any password in this email . Can u please help me as its urgent thanks

Yea ***@*** is my husband's email id and i am not getting any recovery password mail on it and i did set up some security questions too but m forgot about it ta

What do you mean that you are not getting any password at your recovery email address? Do you still have access to it?

When you created the account, did you register a secret question?
