How does I boot USB from Phonix Bios v6.oopg

Hello,
dear Arz M here, I am suffering a problem in my PC bios, i have Phonix BIOS V6. oopg and I have not any cd-rom to boot it and start installation of windows operating system, so I created my USB as bootable and I wish to boot the PC with this bootable USB, so please help me step by step whereas I will reach my objective.

the BIOS is customized for each motherboard. Some older motherboards do not have the option to boot from a USB device. Perhaps yours is such a MB.
