Dell inspiron laptop suddenly stopped booting

Hi !
my dell inspiron laptop suddenly stopped. it cant pass dell splash screen. Dell splash screen repeating but cant go to boot strap or window/desktop
Please help me laptop carrying important data.

It's possible the hard disk is still OK. A local PC repair shop should be able to remove the drive and install it into an external Hard disk enclosure. That should allow you to access the data on another computer.
