Hello,

My first columns is a Master ID which is unique for every row. My 5th column is the item name where item name's do get repeated. I need a formula to find out all the master ID's which are associated to one item name.

neha, good afternoon.

You can use a Conditional Format to show them for you.

Suppose:
Master ID --> A1:A100
DATA 1 --> B1:B100
DATA 2 --> C1:C100
DATA 3 --> C1:C100
Item Name --> D1:D100

G1 --> Type a item name to search

Try to do:

Select A1:A100 cells.

CF MENU --> NEW RULE --> USING FORMULA

Type it: =D1=$G$1

Choose the color you want as fill format
OK

Please, tell us if it worked for you.
I hope it helps.
