My desktop is not starting

Hello,
turn my desktop power button on then the ups and then the cpu but the monitor is not starting saying no signal on VGA.Then monitor gies to sleep.muy cpu is beeping at an interval of 20 Seconds again and again repeatedly .plz tell me what to do.

If it beeps, then you have a hardware issue, possibly the video card bad.
