Mouse and touch pad not working

Hello,
I am santosh kumar having a laptop of sony vaio model no vpceh2bgn. I am using windows 10. my mouse and touch pad are not working when the charger is on, otherwise only mouse is working only and touchpad still does not work. Please solve my problem.

When you say touchpad, do you mean the screen, or the mouse pad?
