My laptop dell company inspiron 15,3542s eries will show dell company opening screen,after it will become plane,no next screen,becomes ash color,and bluring .what to do for these to use in proper way.

sounds more like a hardware problem rather than a driver/software problem.

Some time 20 minute use the laptop further the screen blank or bluring
