Official account not getting logged in ?

This is regarding my official account of Removed by moderator. Facebook asked for id proofs we submitted but it is for last more than 1 month showing Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Please help.

Your account will never be enabled because it is a business account.

I am the concerned authority and facebook asked for additional documents of my ID I submitted those and since then the message is coming the same as above...

Please help solving the issue.

There is nothing to solve, you submitted the documents and now you must wait for a response.
