Explorer.exe has stopped working

Hello,

I have an acer aspire laptop and everytime i sign in, i get greeted with a message saying that explorer.exe has stopped working and i cant access task manager because it says taskmngr.exe has stopped working. So im stuck with a black screen. I can access safe mode. Please help me.

I suggest that you try to restore your laptop to factory setting. You will lose all of your data but you will agree, it's better than a dead laptop.
