Ps3 not turning on into hdmi

Hello,
So what happened is first I had both av and hdmi cables connected and turned it on... It said to if you want hdmi connection or not (I selected yes)... Then the screen turned black and when I changed the source to hdmi it said no signal.. I have tried resetting and even safe mode but I cannot change into using the hdmi cable
