New Router and Can't Connect

Hello,

I have an Acer laptop. I got a new router and I can't connect. I am not even sure I'm doing it right. Went into settings and installing new router. In 90 seconds, my options to connect are supposed to pop up, but nothing happens.

Ok, so you followed all of the instructions provided on the router? Did you purchase the router, or is it the ISP's?
