Unplug it from the wall. hold down the power button for 10 seconds.
Plug it back in, and hold the power button until it beeps three times. Follow the menu to what you are wanting. More than likely you have not been applying updates to your machine and it stopped because it was told to!
These are living machines, and if you don't walk them (apply updates), feed them (apply updates), and clean the cage (apply updates), then the animal will not be happy, and therefore won't play!
