Hi petermwash,
Please check your PCs manual for some information about the beep codes. 4 short beep codes may indicate RAM failure but it depends on the motherboard’s manufacturer. I would recommend you to disconnect all cables, leaving only the power supple connected to motherboard. Do you have dedicated video? Please remove RAM sticks, clean the slots and put the RAM back in. Try to boot. Any changes?
