Inspiron 17 series 7000 shuts down [Closed]

Hello,
I'm trying to start up my new laptop and it shows the dell logo and spins for awhile and then starts shutting down. I need to use it for work, can someone help me.

Did you run the Dell hardware diagnostics? I think it's F11 after you see the Dell Logo.

You have 6 months of hardware support on a new Dell laptop. I suggest you call Dell directly.
