Already connected to Internet but no internet access

I have a internet connection problem..my android phone already been connect to the Internet and it show H+ on the signal sign but when want to open browser.. It's say don't have Internet access.. How to solve this?
Btw I'm using mivo mv450 android phone.

Is it your router? Are there any devices that are browsing on the router?
