Hp laptop "4320t core i5 processor" is not boot and fan run high

Hello,

i have hp laptop model 4320t, core i5 processor when i power the computer its powering but not display anything in the screen, only the cooling fan is running higher speed. please help me to solve this issue.

Does the screen display anything? Can you press F2 or DEL on boot and get into BIOS?
