Trouble in signing up in my facebook account

i have tried logging in but it says that i have change my password 10 months ago and when i am trying to recover my account the email indicated was my Facebook username and when i try to reset it in the compromise account the process that will help to recover my account did not appear how can i recover my account i have my identification card but i cannot download it due to the this prompt saying ''We're sorry you're having trouble recovering your email address. Unfortunately, this means we can't verify who you are or give you access to the Facebook account you're trying to log into. We may hide the information on your Facebook account if we detect that you cannot regain access to it.''
