Canon MG 4250 not responding

Good morning,
I have the same problem as Pistolero de 09 march 2013. But I know nothing about computer hardware / system. I use this printer for a long time. All of the sudden our printer is not working ie not printing. The error message is "l'imprimante ne répond pas" and if I go to help menu in the 'fil d'attente' the error message is "les données à imprimer ne peuvent pas être envoyées en raison de l'état actuel de l'imprimante".Our PC is connected to printer via wifi and our PC is windows 7.

Could you please give me a solution to print my documents as i am an active job seeker.
