Photoshop CS6 will not save!!!

My photoshop CS6 will not save my files. I cannot "save as" nor regular save. It was working all day and then suddenly i get the message that says that I ran out of RAM. I changed the preferences so that PS can take up 100% memory, but I need to SAVE before I Close out and restart it! What do I do?

Hi

That is a bug with CS6, there is not much you can do. When working, save often.
