Cannot access my yahoo neither my gmail

Hello,
i traveled abroad, there i created yahoo and gmail account and registered them with my abroad numbers....Am back to my country now and i don't have access to my emails any longer. Yahoo is only asking me of my recovery mail which is the gmail and is having the same problem . Now how do i make yahoo ask me for the recovery questions please.

Try to login from the Yahoo site of the country you created the accounts.
