Launch web browser on lg tv startup

I want to automatically launch web browser on TV startup. i.e. when the user power on the TV, TV will powerup and web browser will start

That sounds really cool! Can the TV even do that, but you are having issues getting it to perform, or are you asking if it can be done? I suggest going into a store that has a TV such as yours and ask a SALESMAN!
