My monitor said no signal

Hello my pc wont work it says no signal ahmm. Its been 3 months since i use my computer and somebody unjacking the plugs but i put it again. Please help i just need my pc coz my laptop is broken :( please help me

Nothing happen :( i did change my vga the white and the blue one
