Avid studio cannot import from my new HD videocamera

Hello,
I have used Avid Studio for 4 years and my Sony DV camara. I have now bought a new Sony HD camera and I'm not able to import video any more. Any suggestions wath to do.

Possibly the NEW camera is saving the file as a new file type (mpeg4 or something else). See what format your older one saved as, and see if the new one will save to that format instead. You may have to download the RAW file format and convert it offline before importing it!
