Yahoo email recovery

Hello Yahoo mail Team,
I wish to recover my Yahoo email account, which until 9th of December, 2016 was active and running. Suddenly, from the 10th of December, 2016, I stopped receiving mails and I cannot really understand what went wrong. I suspect that hackers may have hacked into my account and have changed my security questions and are now having uninterrupted access to my mail. Alternatively, it could be a Yahoo network problem.

Whatever may be responsible, I wish to have access to my email account as soon as possible to enable send and receive mails regularly. Below are my email account details:
