My problem with my keyboard is that my keys were only operate with a single command. Meaning when I hold the backspace button it erases only one character until it's pressed again. Seems like the whole keyboard is that way. Arrow keys will not scroll up multiple lines when holding the key down up. Only one line per punch of the key.
This is a brand-new wireless Microsoft keyboard. how do I get this to work right?
I believe you may have filter keys on. Turn it off by holding the RIGHT SHIFT key for 8 Seconds. A box will pop up asking if you wish to turn filter keys ON or OFF. Toggle it to the opposite setting. Let us know if it helps!
