Hp windows 7 laptop won't start up

Okay, so my hp windows 7 laptop won't start up. I've checked to see if it was the battery and it isn't. I've also tried the factory reset thing, but it also doesn't work. I even went as far as to buy a new charger and it's the same one that came with my laptop, and it STILL won't turn on. I've tried using the disk for it, but yeah, it doesn't work. So does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? Please help >.<

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it still didn't help :( I think I'm just going to have to take it i and get it checked out :(
