How can i permanately change the weather to clear on minecraft?

Hey.
I believe /weather clear may be a permanent solution to this issue; but if not, I would suggest looking up redstone clocks, choosing one that you would like to use, and hooking it up to a command block set with the command "/weather clear." This may be a bit spammy in your chat, but you should be able to lower this to a minimal with the use of one with a long timer or a lot of redstone repeaters set to the highest delay (with the tick at the very bottom of the repeater). Hope this works.
