Windows 10 problem no icons or taskbar

Hello,
My windows 10 laptop has just got the windows 7 photo you have when u first install w7, it has no icons or task bar or anything i have no idea what is happening please help

If this is the first week of the upgrade, take it slow, as 10 updates very slowly! How long has it been and did you do a fresh install, an inline upgrade from 7, or just purchase it?
