Hello,
I'm here to ask a question. As I've had my Windows 7 for about two to three years, but recently after turning on my computer after about maybe one to two to three months of being turned off, I was greeted with a normal screen and usual activity, but after turning it off and a lightning storm happened, it went off and then on with a possible warning screen that I never got the chance to read without turning it off quickly. Then, a few days later I had turned it on and quickly turned it back off after being greeted with something like a blue screen of death.

Keep in mind the computer was almost hit with a lightning strike near it one night and made the screen much darker, but that was a while ago and could've possibly not been the cause of whatever could've happened to the computer.

Hello

If your computer was not connected to a power surge protector the motherboard was damaged. I suggest you take it to a repair shop.
