No desktop and taskbar.

Hello!
I was going to install minecraft it needed human verification and i closed installation.Later it installed me a chinese programs and I restarted computer and there is no desktop , no taskbar just chinese boost for PC .I can,t fix it .Please help !

No desktop and taskbar.

Well, go into Add and remove programs, and un-install it.
