My laptopt says there is a cd/dvd driver but I don't have one.

Hi guys! I have a toshiba laptop and I downloaded photoshop from the piratebay. Now my laptop says the program is on a cd in the dvd/cd driver but I don't have one. I can't delete the photoshop software or the dvd/cd driver. Is there a way to delete it? What should I do?
