After you try to join the network, what error does the tab give you? Is the gateway yours or your ISP's? How many devices are on the network? How big is the DHCP Scope of your wireless gateway? These are all things to look at when troubleshooting. If the gateway is your ISP's, then I encourage you to call them for tech support (you are already paying for it!)
