Windows 7 shuts down after creating a new task: explorer.exe

Hello,

I open my Windows 7 and I don't see any icon or taskbar or something else. I press CTRL+ALT+DEL and create a new task:explorer.exe. The icons and the taskbar appear but the pc shuts down automatically. What to do?
The same even in safe mode.

While in safe mode, try running a system scan. Open an elevated command prompt, and run SFC /scannow.

Let us know if it starts after another reboot!

SFC/scannow says that there is no problem with my pc but after I removed brontok virus now I can access the cmd. The pc shuts down if I try to open cmd and there is no bat virus on my pc.

So indication has changed? Did you clean out all of the virus'?
