It is not showing any virus but pc working and freezing at times

Hello,


Sir since the time I have installed this antivirus it havent scanned out a single virus.
Though my pc working slow and freeze at times error like microsoft office not responding, chrome not responding etc kindly tell me what should i do.

It's possible you have a hardware problem.
