Hello MJ,
To solve Code 10 Error, please follow the below steps.
• Just Open Control Panel and go to the “Device Manager.”
• After this, click on “Disk Drives” and do right click on the problem drive and click on “Update Driver Software”.
Once the updating process is completed, restart your system and check if the problem resolve.
