Facebook account can't access

Hello,

I tried to logged in to Facebook account and it says Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
I uploaded my documents as well but still it says this message. do you have any idea how long it takes to get back account?
