Hi Kokila,
Could you please connect the card to your PC and open Disk Management? Is the card recognized? Could you check if it has a file format and a drive letter assigned? If the card is missing or the file format is not recognized, there may be a problem with the card. Are you using an adapter to connect the card to the PC? Please test the card on another PC just in case.
I would recommend you using a data recovery software. Check the link below for some suggestions:
