My daughter is deaf she can't use the telephone.
TTY service from the phone company "a land line costs $35.00 /month ++
She needs a terminal program that runs on windows 7 and up via the internet.
Or a device that connects to the network cable to run a tty phone .

Start looking into AVAYA softphones, or CISCO.
