Links on pages won't work

Hello,

I have a 32 bit Vista Business OS and i am connected to the internet and can open and connect via IE but when the page loads the links don't work. Did I delete something I shouldn't have?

NO, it may be a virus, or your DNS is down. Turn your PC off, then reboot your router. Turn your PC back on. Post back if this helps! If it does not clear, then we will need to look into Virus!
