I can't access router/modem interface after rebooting my pc

Hello All
First time i access my router wifi i can access my router interface but after rebooting my computer i can't access the interface again
The only solution i found is to reset the the router configuration but the same problem happen again when i reboot the computer.
Please if anyone have a solution or a suggestion put a comment. Maybe it will help me or anyone else.
