Resetting password for lost 2-way authentication enabled device.

Hi,

Kindly if you could let me know the procedure to reset the password for g-mail account as 2-way authentication device and the number linked got deactivated and forgot with the password as well but required the access for the account .

Please provide the assistance asap,need to access account.
