Laptop stuck in hibernation modeClosed

Question

Hello, 
No matter what i do, it will not come out of this.  The resolutions above all include removing the battery on the laptop.  My Acer does not have a removable battery.   I have drained the battery all the way so it won't turn on, then add the power cord and turn on, but still get the hibernation screen.
Help.
System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Did you tried to Force a Shutdown?
Simply press and hold down your devices Power button for 5-10  seconds and then release when your system goes into complete shutdown. Then try to restart your to see if you're able to access your PC.

1. Restart your laptop and keep pressing F8 key. 
2. This will take you to Boot Option Menu
3. Select "Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked)"
4. Press Enter
5. Windows should load normally.
