Hi Bozo,

What happens when you press the power button? Is it as if the PC is not turned on? In that case, disconnect the power cable and the battery and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Reconnect the power cable and try to turn on the PC.
If there is no result and the PC is under warranty, I would recommend you to contact the seller and ask for guidance.

Hope this helps

Hi again Bozo,

So you cannot boot to Windows now, right? When you press the power button, do you see the manufacturer’s logo and do you have the option to load the BIOS menu? If you do, load the BIOS menu and check if the hard drive is recognized. If it is missing, there may be a connectivity issue or a HDD problem. In that case you may need to remove the hard drive and have it tested on another PC, using the drive manufacturer’s diagnostic tool.
If the laptop is under warranty, you should contact the seller, because opening the PC will void warranty.

Hope this helps
