This exactly what happened to me, even i have format c partition and installed fresh windows and same thing happened to me , computer start to restarting again and again, so i have restart both computer and laptop in safe mood, then installed Kaspresky anti-virus on the computer, and computer fixed, i will try same thing with laptop now hope it work, i m in this for 2 days now and my work stopped for this as i work as a free lancer and computers are so important to me.
