Hello,
i dont have my mobile phone anymore and forgot my password..can u help

NO. There is nothing to do if you created the email account with the mobile device. Always create accounts on desktops or laptops or tablets on WIFI, and then add in the mobile account.

Did you register a recovery EMAIL for the mobile account? If not, then there is nothing to do.
