Wi-fi connection to laptop

Hello,

I have Compaq laptop with window 2010. When I try to connect my wi-fi through home router. I am able to see the my wi-fi network but it shows no internet access.however I can access the wi-fi through mobile easily

Please can anyone advise on this problem

After you have connected to the wifi, run this form a command line IPCONFIG /all and post back the resulting page! Does your laptop have DHCP enabled or a static IP?
