Hello, my Maureen eastell account has been going for 7 yrs a member of my family put this on for me. but they say they have no idea how to remove it. I have tried 30 times now to permanently delete this now someone is hacking into it putting other people on.
the other user name I have is Maureen clyde e.mail address ***@***
can it be removed with this info.
