Hi i need help with login to my Facebook account , i had a two step login with user name and password then i would get a pin number sent too my phone and now Facebook wont recognise my browser and states i have no phone connected to my account so wont allow access

You did something equivalent to changing your phone number, I don't think that your account can be recovered.
